ALTUS Resource Capital Limited (ARC) is a Guernsey domiciled, closed ended investment company. The company was listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange on 30th June 2009.

The Company's investment objective is to realise capital growth from a concentrated portfolio of resource equities with the aim of generating a significant capital return to shareholders. The Company will seek to achieve this objective by primarily investing in a portfolio of what it believes to be undervalued equities in junior resource companies. The junior resource companies that issue such equities will be engaged in the exploration, development and / or mining of metals and minerals and typically have market capitalisations of less than £100 million. The Company will have an initial investment focus on gold producers.
